Seicomart Club Station, or KIOSK, in the store provides various customer services.

Seicomart began issuing Seicomart Club Card in June 2000. The card provides numerous advantages to both consumers and Seicomart. In appearance it looks like any other plastic card however it is a special kind of communication tool.

The central purpose of the club card is for us to have an accurate day to day knowledge of what customers are buying so that we can respond to the needs of shoppers more spontaneously as trends emerge and shift. In this way, we are literally able to listen to each customer and also provide a service that reflects the needs of a particular region or area. The card also functions to help us reach a wider customer base than was previously possible.

While through the analysis our database provides, we are able to maintain a more intuitive relationship with our customers. For security purposes, all the data is coded, so it’s impossible to read meaning into the data outside our own computer environment.

At present, we have almost 3.0 million Club Card members. We believe that as these figures increase we will be able to provide our customers and indeed society, a more improved service. Subsequently, we will move more effectively with the trends that will again redefine us, together with the next generation of customers.
